Heinrich Gathering Continued

On Sunday morning everyone had some time to do some activities of their own, church, playgrounds or sleep in. (if possible) After we had attended church (with Jill preaching) we headed to the beach for a lunch of fish and chips. Sorry no pics of the beach & lunch but the kids had fun riding bikes, getting wet and building sand castles. After our leisurely lunch we were then treated to a boat cruise on Warren's boss's "smaller boat".

Pa, Leyla and Mitchell enjoying the view

After our wonderful cruise we headed home to prepare for the family to arrive at Daryl & Izzy's for Dinner.

The kids found the Izzy's lovely warm spa and made very good use of it

 Great fun

Thanks to Izzy and Daryl for the wonderful meal and fellowship

Monday morning saw us all at Warren & Fi's for Brunch. A great way to wind down from a terrific weekend and to say our goodbyes.

Static-inducing trampoline for the Lucy and Leyla in particular.
Many thanks to Warren & Fi for the fabulous weekend of fellowship, fun and super activities. Thanks to Jill, Clarrie, Daryl and Izzy for letting us make ourselves at home in your homes. Lets do it again in 3 years time down at the Farm.

Heinrich Gathering 2015

2015 was the year for our Heinrich Get together. It has been 3 years since we all met in Dubbo and this time we, the Southerners travelled to the Sunshine Coast. It was a fabulous weekend of fellowship and fun with our Northern Family. We (Ma ma, Pa, Nathan, Julz, Lexie, Mitchell & Lizette) after our couple of days travel, made ourselves at home at Daryl and Izzy's. Ma ma & Pa camped out in the Cruiser on the back lawn (just to keep up our camping skills).

We found Izzy's wonderfully warm spa and made very good use of it on Saturday morning before the other activities started.

While the younger set went off to find some wonderful parks to play in the big boys had some plans of their own and that included playing with the bigger toys, Go Carts!

 All set to go.........

A little competitive..... Nathan and Sami

Great fun was had by all the fellas

Lunch at a lovely park in the Glass House Mountains with the Clan

Ice cream time for Davy and Sam while Fi tops up her caffeine intake

Two Boys Birthdays

On the 28th May Beau finally had his birthday. He has been waiting for such a long time. His mum did him proud by making him his very important Johnny Deere Tractor cake. It even had the combine on behind with oats in the seed box ready for sowing. An amazing cake Laura. We (the cousins) gathered together after school for afternoon tea and the all important cake and candles.
Happy Birthday Beau!
Hope you enjoyed your special day.

 Happy Birthday to you......

A week later it was Will's 5th Birthday. He celebrated his over several days. On the 4th June he had a couple of friends over after Kindy to play and celebrate. On Saturday, Will had some friends from Frances over along with Aunty Laura, Toby, Beau, Davy, Ma ma & Pa for a bon fire, sausage sizzle and cake.
